This is where my trip starts, Cape Town, South Africa, on Friday 22nd of April ’16.
Cape Town is a unique city, where I used to live a few years ago. It has beautiful landscape and warm weather. It’s the most cosmopolitan city in South Africa and the people are so welcoming that many tourists, like me, come and decide to stay.
Cape Town extends along the coast of the Atlantic Sea and surround Table Mountain. An extraordinary combination, much like Rio, that presents gorgeous scenes.
South Africa is a conglomerate of cultures from Africa, Europe, Asia and other parts of the world. Despite the diversity they developed cultural similarities like they love for Rugby and Braai (grilled meat) and they friendliness.
Cape Town is a very alternative city where artists find inspiration and feel free to express themselves. You can meet some of the best actors, painters and musicians of South Africa here. On the local markets you can find African handicraft.
I hope you enjoyed this post and feel free to ask anything.
